Where do you get your meat processed?

Looking for local meat processing places -- Google doesn't seem to come up with much. Thanks!

For livestock, the nearest place I know of is or was in Johnson City. I had a calf butchered there and I know a year ago it was still in business.

I am sorry, but I forget the name, but I may be able to locate it if you give me a day or two...

Miillers in Llano is a great place. Brian and the staff are friendly and courteous and they do a great job.

We too are fans of Miller Meat Market, their smoked pork chops are exceptionally good. If you decide to try doing your own processing, we sell do-it-yourself meat processing equipment and supplies; we are locals.

Check out our ad on this website or go to us direct at: www.Butcher-Baker.com
