I see there is a new sign up at 2nd and Ave h for a building called The Triangle. Any idea of what it's use will be? Retail office?

Is it true a Dunkin'Donut is going in near the Donut Palace? It's not listed with the City either.

Looks like the same the building that sits next to Doublehorn Brewery.
Hopefully some nice shops will move in.

Dunkin Donuts would be nice
